We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and talented assistant coordinator to join us in our mission and help execute joyful celebrations for our fantastic clients! We want to work with individuals who have a passion for detail, design, and marriage, as well as a desire to learn more about the wedding industry.


  • Part-time position with flexible office hours, as needed

  • Must be available to work some weekends

  • At a minimum, must be available September 28, October 20, and November 9 

  • Wedding days are long and often last late into the night, so be prepared to set aside the entire day


Pay and Benefits:

  • Paid office hours

  • Commission basis per assisted wedding

  • Assist with day-of coordination on assigned wedding days

  • Plan and execute timelines, budgets, design plans, and task lists

  • Assist with and oversee set-up of the ceremony and reception site(s) 

  • Assist vendors with their set-up by being close at hand to answer questions regarding product placement

  • Assist lead planners with projects, planning, timelines, and details

  • Assist with set-up and tear-down of wedding decor items

  • Help maintain the timeline for all special events throughout the reception

  • Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts through social media

  • Assist with executing styled shoots and other special projects



  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, resourceful nature, and professional appearance

  • Ability to communicate kindly and effectively with clients, peers, and vendors

  • Ability to seamlessly and effectively prioritize multiple tasks at one time

  • Must be able to take initiative: to see a problem, make a decision, and follow through with a solution

  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time

  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable access to a vehicle with ability to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex

  • Event or wedding industry related experience is preferred but not required
