We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and talented intern who can assist us in executing joyful celebrations for our fantastic clients! We want to work with individuals who have a passion for detail, design, and marriage, as well as a desire to learn more about the wedding industry.


This paid internship provides hands-on, day-of-wedding coordination experience with a lead planner and the opportunity to interact with some of the best vendors in DFW.

Duration: September 9 - December 9



  • Approximately 10 total training hours 

  • Assist a minimum of 3 weekend weddings (wedding days are long and often last late into the night, so be prepared to set aside the entire day) 

  • Must be available September 28, October 20, and November 9

  • Additional opportunities to assist weddings and support the business are available


Pay and Benefits:

  • $8/hour training

  • Commission basis per assisted wedding

  • Mileage reimbursement to/from wedding venues


Wedding Day Responsibilities:

  • Be on-hand to assist Lead Coordinator as needed

  • Execute assigned task list throughout the event

  • Assist with and oversee set-up of the ceremony and reception site(s) 

  • Assist vendors with their set-up by being close at hand to answer questions regarding product placement

  • Assist with set-up and tear-down of wedding decor items

  • Help maintain the timeline for all special events throughout the reception

  • Contribute to the company’s marketing efforts through social media



  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, resourceful nature, and professional appearance

  • Ability to communicate kindly and effectively with clients, peers, and vendors

  • Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time

  • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets

  • Valid Driver's License and reliable access to a vehicle with ability to travel throughout the DFW Metroplex

  • Event or wedding industry related experience is preferred but not required
